a. check the lubrication and wear of the roller, intermediate shaft and bearings, oil cylinder pin shaft and bearings, arm frame shaft and extraction bearing, etc

b. add lubricating oil to the above components to extend the service life of the bearings.

c. check the hydraulic oil quality and level. when the lifting platform reaches its maximum height, the hydraulic oil level should be 40-50 millimeters higher than the bottom of the oil tank. when the hydraulic oil color becomes dark, the oil quality becomes sticky, or there are foreign objects such as gravel in the oil, the hydraulic oil should be replaced in a timely manner. the hydraulic system of the lifting platform should use 32 # hydraulic oil in winter and 46 # hydraulic oil in summer.
